In fact, our site in South Wigston is the UK’s largest biscuit assortments operation and we operate within a highly competitive market. The ability to change to meet ever-increasing demands is key to our continued success. Our on-going improvement drive continues through our well-established TPM programme and quality initiatives. Traditional working patterns have been amended to increase flexibility in meeting seasonal demand and our recent acquisition by United Biscuits places us within the heart of the UK’s largest biscuit manufacturer, providing exciting opportunities.

We are now looking for exceptional individuals to join us as Production Team Managers to play a central role in the continuing development of our organisation. After a full induction programme, you will become responsible for the effective running of a production area. This will be a demanding role and is not for the faint hearted. You will need excellent communication skills together with a real ability to motivate the team, recognising achievement and encouraging individuals to give their best. You will need to earn their respect by challenging the status-quo and demonstrating an infectious enthusiasm for making improvements.

With a minimum of 2 years experience in a senior supervisory / managerial position, you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of working under pressure within a manufacturing environment. You will be looking for an opportunity to further develop your talents by moving into a challenging management role and an excellent salary is available to the right individuals.
