Job Description
A leading real estate company on the Costa del Sol is looking for a highly motivated, ambitious and driven Marketing Manager to head up their team of designers, copy writers and on-line campaign managers.
We seek applicants with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, with previous management experience. Whilst desirable, real estate experience is not essential however applicants will have a solid and proven on-line marketing background with a good understanding of traditional off-line marketing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Product marketing materials

Website content performances - design, look and feel

Corporate and sales materials

PR - managing the PR agency who run on and off line campaigns

Lead and Client generation through online channels (SEO & PPC)

Office support materials

Data base marketing

Client Services support materials

Referral Programme
