A Gibraltar bases Fund Management company has a new opportunity for a Client Relationship & Marketing Manager to join their market leading business. We seek applications from candidates that have a background Funds or banking, from an administration or financial marketing standpoint. Applicants should have at least 3 years experience in this area. Duties will include, Office backup to Sales Manager for the European sales area, Drafting of all marketing documentation, Production and publication of monthly reports for all funds under management, Liaison with distributors, fund lawyers, fund administrators and custodians, Production of due diligence questionnaires for clients, Receipt and checking of all KYC information, Production of Terms of Business for distributors & clients, Checking of dealing schedules provided by fund administrators including the application of the correct commission and courtage amounts to deals. Essential computer knowledge in the usual MS products including a knowledge of Adobe Acrobat. Additional knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop, QuarkXPress Media, Dreamwaver and Goldmine will be useful. Language skills: Fluent English speaker with further European language skills a distinct advantage
