Job Description
Our client is looking for a CRM Manager to build a team whose main responsibility will be to yield results from the player base. The team will need to be results-driven and analytical in their approach; working both across departments and with third party providers.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Build a highly specialised team expert in customer activation, retention and win back strategies

Help implement a targeted communication programme

Brief and coordinate relevant teams (e.g. creative, portal, member services) to ensure communications are dispatched accurately and within specified deadlines

Review customer communications to maximise results and player lifetime value

Ensure all customer communications are current and promote relevant offers to specific customer groups

Work with multilingual target groups and multilingual communications

Undertake customer profiling in order to ensure all customer activity is segmented and tailored to customers

Analyse and report customer activity statistics and plan strategy for continuous improvement

Manage, assess and optimise our outsourced customer service

Monitor the cost effectiveness of activities to maximise lifetime player value and ROI

Other Duties:

A member of the management team – united in driving the overall business development of the company

Relationships


Liaise with suppliers, communications agencies and similar organisations to ensure all activities are delivered within budget and agreed timescales

Brief and work with internal teams to ensure all activities are delivered and deadlines are met

Drive internal cross-departmental communication


Knowledge/Skills/Experience

A proactive, enthusiastic and driven individual, you will be keen to provide results in a competitive environment

Good knowledge of using CRM systems (no technical knowledge required)

Good knowledge of communication, particularly dialogue marketing

Good knowledge of data analytics with ability to convert statistics into business results

Team leader with strong management experience

Ideally of graduate calibre with a marketing or business qualification or a minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in a relationship marketing or CRM role

Ability to work and communicate well with people at all levels

Ability to develop communication strategy in conjunction with other departments

Excellent time management & organisational skills including prioritising, planning and scheduling

Highly numerate with strong analytical skills

PC literate including advanced Excel skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Good attention to detail

Genuine interest in betting and/or gaming

Salary is £50 - £55K
