Job Description
Our client is searching for an SEO Specialist to report to the SEO Team Leader in their office in Sotogrande

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Mission-critical SEO fine-tuning and performance monitoring
Monitor and analyse global search engine results particularly related to top industry’s keywords and search phrases and plan adequate improvements to SEO strategy
Closely collaborate with marketing department in order to synchronise SEM achievements with organic SEO results
Coordinate SEO efforts with SEM campaigns making maximum use of incoming traffic driven with relevant keyword and search phrase content
Analyse SEO monitoring results and report on adequate content improvements to relevant departments
Make good use of all readily available SEO tools such as in-house web analytics as well as external tools
Keep up-to-date with technologies and methodologies related to SEO implementation

About you

You will have excellent organic SEO skills and be familiar with online marketing campaigns to bring targeted traffic to online casino. You will be enthusiastic with good communication skills, and enjoy working in a highly competitive and fast-paced online gaming industry market.
You will have a desire and passion for search optimization and will study the serp changes daily.

Essential Skills

2-3 years of organic SEO experience in a competitive industry environment
Excellent understanding of SEO techniques and related tools and technologies
Ability to dissect and react to an S/E update or algorithm change within a few days.
Experience with SEO related website content optimisation
Strong problem solving skills and an ability to identify new SEO solutions
Web analytics tools reporting skills
Enthusiastic personality with good communication and inter-personal skills
Understanding of HTML, XHTML and CSS
Fluency in English

Desirable skills and experience

Familiarity with some of the industry’s leading content management systems (CMS)
Knowledge of website personalisation and geo-targeting tools
Fluency or at least good knowledge of any other major European language (Spanish/German/French) is a bonus
Experience/interest in online gaming industry
Previous experience in creating or managing websites commercially or for leisure.
Basic knowledge of HTML programming, JSP or some PHP skills.
The ability to quickly learn new skills from reference books, websites, blogs and forums.
Excellent computer, communication and internet skills, with accurate typing and confidence to speak with team members.

Salary – £30,000-35,000 per annum depending on experience plus extensive healthcare cover
