Job Description
Our client is searching for Head of Marketing - Casino whose main responsibilities will involve:

Taking ownership of Casino marketing team, leading initiatives for acquisition, cross-sell, retention and revenue maximisation with Vertical Business Owner
Developing and owning budget and strategic recommendations for all Casino marketing
Leading matrix team of territory, channel ( online / offline / affiliate / domains/ SEO / PR / creative ) and player marketing to maximise Casino opportunity for group
Building and subsequently leading affiliate team capable of scaling the main casion product and other Casino brands within the group
Ensuring execution and providing effective co-ordination with legal / regulatory, technology, product and player marketing execution teams
Developing, structuring and leading appropriate relationships with 3rd parties, particularly casino portals and affiliates
Providing input with product team on development of cross-platform opportunities including new products and new features
Co-ordinating all research requirements including effective audit of targeting, segmentation, consumer insights, competitive reporting and other key marketing requirement
Developing effective relationship with Israel marketing team and ensuring effective exploitation of Casino and EOL / IOG brands

Your skills and qualifications as a Head of Marketing - Casino will ideally include:

Proven track-record at marketing casino products (online) & leading a team in doing so
Strong experience of working in online and affiliate marketing
Strong understanding of casino 'product' and how this needs to be developed
Degree educated or equivalent experience
MBA would be ideal
Experience from 'entrepreneurial' competitor rather than land-based traditional player
International multi-market experience
