Job Description
Our client is searching for a Product Manager for their Affiliate Programs with proven experience in the online gaming affiliate market. You will improve player acquisition by ensuring we continue to offer a market leading affiliate program, acting as the bridge between the business teams and the Affiliate Technical team in India.

You will be required to complete the following:

• Specifying requirements on improvements and generating new product ideas, becoming the main interface between Marketing/Business, Technology, and Account Management
• Managing and developing the Affiliate programs that cater for all brands: poker, casino, sports betting, bingo and backgammon
• Conducting competitive analysis to identify areas of opportunity
• Developing and owning the product roadmaps

Helping to manage projects to ensure they are on track

• Proven experience in online gaming affiliate market, from a technical and business background
• Online product management experience including the creation of detailed functional specifications
• A proven track record of launching and managing an affiliate program, with a complete understanding of the process of player referral and affiliate accrual calculation and payments
• Technical understanding of web production environment
• Technical product management experience preferred, with an understanding of typical production and software development processes, account database structures, datamining and statistical user account analysis
• Development Engineering experience

Desirable:

• User Interface Design experience with an understanding of web interfaces and conversion and retention processes; online gambling industry work experience; software user interface development, functional specification development in Visio and online

• It is critical that you are able to manage multiple virtual teams to deliver future enhancements and ensure the affiliate programs are running smoothly. You will be working with the Creative, Account Management, Development, Legal and Marketing teams, making your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills key for success in this role.

Salary is £50k – 65k
