Responsibilities include identifying various existing offline marketing & sponsorship opportunities with the objective of driving brand awareness and new Signups. Generating ideas for creating our own marketing events and manage such events from end to end (at times in association with help of external marketing/media partners). Negotiating with event organizers/media houses and closing deals in a cost effective way. Coordinating with other teams for successful organization of the events/sponsorships. Managing offline marketing/events calendar and efficiently overseeing these across geographies. Maintaining regular contacts with industry people and keeping track of competitive activities (competition spending) in this area.
Qualifications include MBA from a good institute/university (Non-MBAs with exceptional backgrounds will also be considered). Preference for candidates with 4-5 years experience in similar roles. Proven excellent negotiation skills a must. Candidate should be ROI (Return on Investment) focused and should be able to evaluate opportunities based on expected returns. Canidate must be well organized, possess excellent ability to prioritize and multitask, outstanding relationship management skills and communication skills. Position also requires frequent international travel.
This position is based in our London office and candidate must be authorized to work in the UK. Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate and includes international medical insurance.
