Job Description
We are seeking an innovative, creative and confident Manager who thrives on regular customer interaction with online customers via telephone and email to retain and increase the life time value of players in order to optimise both player satisfaction and revenue. Your background will be in the casino industry and you will be fully conversant with bonus setting and campaign strategies to increase player spend and enhance VIP loyalty. You will be responsible for activating and monitoring campaigns and setting the appropriate bonus levels; reporting on tracking activities and analysing data to optimise player retention results and daily liaison with the Communications Team and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth execution of the retention strategy.
