Multi-lingual Contact Centre Agent


Salaries start at £13,500 , Mon-Fri day-shift

World Class supplier of IT hardware and software solutions is expanding their existing International Fulfilment Contact Centre in Greenock .
The Award Winning Multilingual Contact Centre provides support for both Customers and Business Partners in all European languages, through the expertise and professionalism of a truly multinational team.

We are currently looking for exceptional people to join the team. The positions present an outstanding opportunity to build on current skills and develop a career in a dynamic, cosmopolitan culture.

We require applications from candidates who are fluent (written and spoken) in any European language as well as English . Prior experience of working with customers or in a Contact Centre is preferred as well as demonstrated communication and listening skills backed with a confident, professional telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of purchasing principles, SAP or some exposure in an accounts , order entry or administration environment would be an advantage but not essential.
