If you have experience within a customer service role and you speak a combination of two of the following languages, please read on!

FRENCH, ITALIAN, GREEK, SPANISH, CZECH, GERMAN, FLEMISH, DUTCH.

My client is based in the beautiful City of Chester and are looking for you. You will be based in a contact centre environment, with other team members sharing your language skills. Your responsibilities will be to take calls from international customers and assist them with their IT problems. You will be the first point of contact for your customer therefore excellent communication skills are a must. You do not have to have a great deal of IT knowledge as this can be taught. You must have fluent English and TWO of the languages above.
