Job Description
Multilingual Customer Service Representatives are required for a large global communications company company based in Reading.

Candidates must have mother tongue French, good English and one other european language.

Responsibilities include:
To respond to all incoming customer enquires relating to all faults and outages for all supported products and services.
To complete first line diagnostics, raise a trouble ticket to the NSRU team,
Laise with Technical Operations Groups and other non technical teams for timely resolution of customers faults.
Have very good knowledge about the supported MCI products and services.

Candidates must have experience of a similar role and have European languages.
Must haev excellent customer service skills.
