Your Profile:

You will need a real passion for fashion to work for this retailer.
You will have proven customer service and selling skills, be a strong communicator, not afraid to use your own iniative to drive the business forward, whilst monitoring the activity of other brands and competitors.
The ability to analyse information/ figures, take appropriate action and demonstrate sound judgment in making commercial business decisions are skills required to run a branch, therefore you will be an existing store / concession manager or experienced deputy with a desire to utilize these skills.
If you have a great personality, can demonstrate creativity and innovation with a commitment to developing yourself and your team, then this is the job for you! Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the area manager you will be responsible for all aspects of store operation including:

To provide leadership for all store personnel in line with agreed business direction, striving to improve individual performance in order to drive sales.

Accountable for the successful operation of the store, driving sales performance in order to deliver / exceed sales and profit targets, plus all other Key Performance Indicators.

Manage the cost base, taking a proactive approach in the reduction of overheads, maximizing the profitability of the store.

Contribute to the Business strategy through the efficient management of the store, striving to achieve organizational goals.
