Through identifying a gap in the market place for high quality, fashionable yet affordable product this premium womenswear brand was founded in 1973. From the first store opening another 50 followed over a 10 week period, creating its own retail history. With continual growth today our client has over 210 units in prime locations and is continuing to lead from the front with key fashion (formal and smart casual) packages for the professional woman. A successful petites department accompanies this mainline product which is an own brand in its own right.

Your Profile

Strong customer service skills are a must – this is a brand where big business will come from your repeat customers and word of mouth, investing time with your cliental as you advise them on product, style and new lines. While working to company guidelines you will be expected to utilise your commercial ability to drive sales through effective merchandising and display, whilst maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to Store Manager / Area Manager you will be confident of your communication skills and have

o Proven levels of one to one customer service
o Ideally a similar product background
o Commercial focus to drive sales
o High expectation of Retail Store Standards
o Aware of sales targets and how to achieve them
o Recruit, retrain and develop store teams
