This is a great opportunity for someone with an outgoing personality, good customer service skills and a flexible approach to your working hours to join this innovative real estate promoter.
Whislt you will be the first point of contact, speaking to U.K. clients who have expressed an interest ,no selling is involved. Your role is purely to establish which clients appear most interested and committed to buy, and pass these prospects on to the telemarketing team who will do the rest.
This role has been created due to the overwhelming success of the the Promotion, you are not going to be talking to prospective clients that are not interested in hearing from the company, quite the opposite in fact.
You will be will working within a dynamic environment , in a friendly team and where everyone shares in the succes of the company.
You must be native to the U.K. , be settled on the coast in respect of renting long term, or own a property, have a clear, confident telephone manner, be able to converse at all levels and have a professional, mature outlook.

The role will be based in Estepona , 5 days a week and a 8 hour shift pattern (between 9am-9pm).

The salary will be circa €1100/1200pcm basic with bonuses taking the overall package to around €20,000 year one.
