Job Description
This exciting new role has been created within the rentals department of one of the areas most successful real estate companies.

They need somebody who can both list, and then rent properties therefore experience within the industry is preferred. The ideal candidate will be bi lingual , have rentals experience and have a clean driving licence however the company will consider candidates will a strong sales background and who have been living on the Coast for a minimum of 1 year, with good geographical knowledge and a good level of spoken Spanish.
You should speak English at a native level , be immaculate in appearance, and have a driving licence. As appointments are regularly out of normal office hours you need to be very flexible, weekend work is to be expected in this role.

A starting salary of €1600pcm plus commission plus the use of a company car are provided. This is an autonomo role.
