Job Description
With a proven track record of success in the Costa Blanca over many years and the largest network of Estate Agents in Europe this company are immediately looking to assemble a new telesales team to deal with U.K. clients looking to buy properties in Spain and various Europe wide locations. They have enjoyed an exceptional start to the year and feel that the time is right for them to expand their sales team.
You will be a native British speaker, and worked within a targeted sales environment previously (with success) and not be in any way phased by making volume calls each and every day, this is a telesales role. The clients will have made an enquiry to the company and expressed an interest in buying property overseas therefore this is not cold calling, they may not be expecting your specific call, but they will have asked to be called by the company nevertheless. If you are not happy to initiate these calls then this job is not for you.
You will be paid a basic salary, excellent commission and never be short of clients to call, our client is only setting up this team because they are overrun with potential clients. We have all read about the downturn in Spanish real estate and will have our own opinions on the causes of this, but ultimately some companies will continue to thrive in these more challenging conditions, if you want to be part of that then our client wants to meet you.

It's an autonomo role, paying €1300 retainer a month and a 1st year ote of €40k
The hours are a 40 hour week on a rota basis between 9am and 9pm Mon to Fri.
