Job Description
A unique role for a truly unique person. A consistently successful client for the past 4 years have retained us to find them the very best Sales Director on the Coast.

You will be someone who leads by example, having built up a sales pedigree second to none, as well as being a natural motivator of people. You should have worked within ideally an Investment based sales background (this could be finance, property, timeshare) and shown good stability in your career. You will have a strong understanding of training and motivational methodologies and experience of recruiting new sales talent.
We imagine that the ideal candidate with be no younger than 35, whilst this is not fixed our client feels that at least 12-15 years of experience is needed. Preference will be given to candidates who live locally and have attained significant success in Spain.

The salary package should provide you with one of the highest (if not the highest) earning potentials on the Coast to be made up of a high basic salary and a lucrative override.
You will be working within a highly professional corporate environment, in a company who are as ambitious as any other in their industry.
