Job Description
Experienced sales executive required to sell overseas properties to investors in emerging markets such as US, South America, Morocco, Eastern Europe, etc. You will become an expert in the property market and be able to advise clients on investments opportunities, returns, market trends, new developments and legalities connected with overseas purchase of property. The role involves contacting warm leads by telephone, consulting and closing on the phone. Face to face sales at property exhibitions and roadshows, travel to different countries to view developments and customer service. The company offers 11.5K basic plus commission, OTE 60K mobile phone, laptop and VOIP and all travel expenses. Hours Mon – Friday 9 – 6 with extra hours as and when required.
