Job Description
A major multinational software provider to the travel industry is looking for a Junior Accounts Manager in Madrid. The role will be partly office based providing telephone support to customers and limited travel to client sites. Main skills required:

Must have excellent organisational and administrative skills and be able to plan own time.

Must have good interpersonal skills including strong telephone communication skills.

Should have good presentation skills with regard to delivery of training.
The following abilities will be required;

Must have previous experience within the travel industry (minimum 1 year).

Previous experience of developing customer accounts and selling in new product enhancements, etc.

Previous experience of Training as Trainer for the GDS industry (minimum 1 year).
