Job Description
A very challenging role for someone with a minimum of 3 years of investment real estate experience , with the ability to open and develop relationships with Developers and Promoters overseas.
our client has quickly established themselves as a market leader in the overseas property investment sector, employing in excess of 50 staff from luxururious Marbella offices. You will be well versed in sourcing overseas investment opportunites, opening negotiations at the initial stages, resulting in a win-win scenario for both client and the company, and above all be confident in your ability to manage the ongoing development of the account. Candidates who speak a high level of Spanish are particularly sought for this role.
Some international travel will be required, therefore a completely flexible approach to work is required.

Salary €30/40,000 basic plus excellent commissions and all travel expenses.
