Job Description
2 year's experience in a senior management capacity in a Care Home within the past five years ? If not already attained, willing to undertake NVQ level 4 in "Management and Care" or other relevant management qualification ? Experience of working with older adults and of liasing with Health and Social Care agencies (statutory and voluntary on a frequent and regular basis) ? Experience as a manager in the recruitment, management and motivation of staff and of managing and monitoring budgets and negotiation Service Level Agreements and /or Placement Contracts ? Ability to develop new services in response to identified need ? Previous experience of implementing legislative standards, Health & Safety, C.O.S.S.H regulations and Safe Working Practice
