Job Description
Our Client a major UK Banking organisation to be based at their Basingstoke branch currently seek a high caliber candidate to provide understandable financial advice and build lifetime relationships with customers on a face to face level. You will identify new business opportunities from existing clients, referrals and by direct approach. Chosen candidates must have at least 2 years experience in a sales/customer service environment. You must be qualified to FPC3 or CEFA3 level . You must be quality and sales focussed and also results driven. Ensuring all administration and documentation meets company/industry standards. Be able to work closely with PFA colleagues offering assistance and sharing best practices. Provide coaching, training and feedback for branch staff, praising good contribution In return you will be rewarded with a highly attractive starting salary, realistic OTE £35k + in first year together with excellent career progression and professional development.
