The role:
We currently have openings at our Windsor office for Sales oriented individuals to join the team as a Recruitment Consultant. You will be a target driven team player who is seeking a role that provides excellent training in return for hard work.

As a Consultant your day is always different. Responsibilities will include:

* Account management and Business Development through regular calling and client visits
* Candidate generation through networking, advertising and database management
* Co-ordination of interviews
* Candidate preparation
* Being part of a proactive, hard working and dynamic team

The Person:
You will be a multi-tasker who enjoys a challenge and is looking for an international organisation who provide training, development and career progression of its consultants. You will bring an outgoing and hardworking personality along with an interest in developing your own career within Europe’s leading Multilingual Recruitment specialist.

Requirements:
* Fluent spoken English and Fluency in a second European language
* Advanced MS office skills
* A stress resistant personality
* Team oriented approach
