Job Description
Working with one of the online gaming companies in Gibraltar, you must be totally fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English and be native Spanish. Individuals who have the ability to interact with the customer and help him find a solution to his issues. The successful individual will need to have good communication skills, problem resolution ability and a temperament to provide high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be working 5 consecutive days per week, weekends included over three shifts of 8.5 hours on a rotation. You must be already living in or around the Gibraltar area.
