Job Description
Our client a leader in their field, have created an exciting opportunity to assist with all aspects relating to the post sales process. This exciting opportunity requires you to support their clients with all aspects of their property purchase, liaising with all the relevant parties and ensuring handovers are prompt and effective. You must be a self starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining a calm and professional approach under pressure. You should be able to speak English and Spanish, be able to easily relate to people at every level, be computer literate, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to liaise competently with all the various parties involved in the process. You must also be an excellent planner, be able to work to tight deadlines and be assertive when appropriate. Previous experience of dealing with organisational challenges and stressed individuals is advantageous as is previous experience within Real Estate/Property Management. After the initial period various permanent positions involving events, activities, commercial affairs and constant promotion are available if you excel.
Above normal salary dependent upon your ability and experience
