Translated from Spanish, Solaz means relaxation and contemplation, making this the perfect drink to unwind with this festive season. If you have ever journeyed to Spain you may have seen on the roadsides the large Spanish black bulls which dominate the horizon; this is the famous logo of Osborne which is behind the wine Solaz.

Osborne Solaz 2005 is a red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo with excellent blackcurrant fruit flavours. It is medium bodied with a smooth finish. The wine is perfect to drink by itself however it makes a wonderful accompaniment to grilled salmon or red meat.
