Cardiovibe - A new gym experience

Joe Shepherd and partner Anthony Smith, continue to push the boundaries at excerciseshop by launching ‘Cardiovibe.’ Cardiovibe, a unique cross training style class (for four to eight people) is a combination of challenging cardiovascular exercise in the form of spinning, rowing and treadmill, and includes vibrogym training.

excerciseshop - launched at the end of August in London’s St Johnswood - not only has a comprehensive fitness studio, but is one of the first of it’s kind to incorporate an on-site medical team, including a resident GP and osteopath, together with sports massage and nutritional advice.

Joe says: “We have been delighted with the response from old and new clients alike, our aim is to bring a totally new gym experience with classes such ‘Cardiovibe’ whilst retaining a more intimate personal service, that the bigger gyms often fail to deliver.”
