Argos furniture to be covered by Allianz Cornhill schemes

Allianz Cornhill Schemes has extended its insurance book for leading UK retailer Argos to cover furniture, reinforcing its track record in growing profitable partnerships in the retail market.

The scheme comprises a repair and replacement programme for a variety of furniture items. The news follows on from previous additions to the Argos account earlier this year which saw Allianz Cornhill Schemes writing business for jewellery and mobile phones.

Margaret Maclean, business consultant at Allianz Cornhill Schemes, said: “We are delighted that Argos has chosen to partner with us on the furniture account and this addition stands testament to our focus on developing long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial.”
