Watford's Imperial Way continues to attract occupants

Acting on behalf of property developer, Bermer Ltd, commercial property agent, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has completed the letting of a light industrial unit at 25 The Empire Centre on Imperial Way in Watford.

25 The Empire Centre is two storeys with 1,155 sq ft of warehouse accommodation on the ground floor and 1,095 sq ft of office accommodation on the first floor. The office accommodation benefits from comfort cooling, a shower facility and kitchen area. Externally the unit has three forecourt car parking spaces and a good loading access.

LSH negotiated with the new tenant, Net Trading (UK) Ltd a five year lease for £22,500 per annum, with three months rent free at the start of the lease.

Net Trading (UK) Ltd will use the unit to store and distribute household leisure products.

Imperial Way is an established industrial location only one mile from junction 5 of the M1 motorway and three miles from junction 19 of the M25 motorway. Other occupants of Imperial Way include Comet, Volvo Penta, Sanyo and Edmundson Electrical.
