XQ7 welcomes its first residents

Lowry Homes’ XQ7 impressive development of luxury apartments in the Salford Quays will welcome its first residents later this month.

This follows the sale of all the properties within Phase 1 at XQ7. Lowry reports that a high proportion of the apartments released in Phase 2 have also been snapped up, with completions scheduled for summer 2007.
