Legal & General sells Wisley Airfield

Legal & General have sold Wisley Airfield a 300 acre disused airfield to private clients of Knight Frank for £22 million.

The landholding is located just to the south of Junction 10 of the M25 immediately to the east of the A3 and comprises a mixture of agricultural land and extensive areas of hard standing. Cluttons and DTZ acted for Legal & General and Knight Frank have been retained to manage the holding on behalf of the new owners.
