Snow's falling... get your skis on!

Last Thursday the snow came to the city in one of the most exciting events Leeds City centre has hosted in a long time! Some of the UK's best skiers and snowboarders took to the street (Briggate) in what was first ever real snow rail session in Leeds.

The crowd watched in anticipation as the experts took to the mini snow pipe, strutting their stuff and showing us their skills throughout the evening.

The event was co-organised by GotSnow (snowboarding shop based in Leeds) and Xscape, the real snow slope at Castleford. In true form, the Jet2.com girls and guys were on hand to offer advice about low cost ski flights to take you to the real thing this winter!
