The new residential area "Mubarak 7" is set up 5 kilometers to the north of Hurghada and 20 km from El Gouna. Part I and II of this complex is already sold out. Part III of the complex is just started and will be delivered in afew months, part I and II were sold by mostly Europeans expats and this area was sold without the garden land included, Part III the garden land will be included in the price.
