The land is very fertile as it is situated on the bank of the Ravi River. Ideal for growing all kinds of crops including grains (e.g. rice, wheat, corn) and vegetables (e.g. potatoes) with the exception of cotton .

Location of the Land:
The land is situated off Kala Khatai Road which is a prominent right turn shortly after crossing the Ravi River bridge (coming from Lahore and heading towards Sheikhupura). It is 42km from the Ravi River bridge.

Price of the Land:
My asking price is PKR 300,000 per acre.
