The house was constructed in 2003 in European standard with only high quality materials. Beside the palm tree roofs, which give the house the tropical flair, all roofs are made of concrete. The windows have aluminium shutters for sun and as well for hurricane protection. All accommodations have safety box and hot water in the bathrooms. Part of the rooms have air conditioning and fridges. The apartments have complete equipped kitchens. The complete house is furnished in good taste.

The distance from the guesthouse to the ocean front is 200 m. Bayahibe has a nice beach and more then 10 intern. restaurants to satisfy the guests. From Bayahibe you reach the most beautiful 3 islands of the Republic in less then 1 hour by boat. The best dive sites are close to Bayahibe. A boat can be placed in the safe bay of Bayahibe. There is the possibility for the buyer to purchase also our motor catamaran. A marina is planed in Bayahibe.
For golfers: nearby is Casa de Campo ( 20 min drive ) with the world known teeth of the dog, total of 4 golf courts, one more is under construction only 10 min away from Bayahibe and 1 is planed directly near Bayahibe.
The National Park Guaragua or Parque Nacional del Este with its lime stone caves is in walking distance from Bayahibe. Horseback riding is available near by. There are different services and tours available to offer to the guests.
