The complex is developed on a plot of over 3600sq.m in the southern part of the town in typical Bansko architecture, stone and wood on outer walls. Types of Apartments

Apartments vary in size from 35 up to 142 sq.m in order to meet our customers’ needs and budgets. All apartments have a view and private balconies.
The following three categories are on offe:

Studios of 35sq/m, ideal for singles or couples on holiday

One-bedroom apartments- these vary in size from 52 to 83 sq/m

Luxury apartments available in size up to 142 sq/m, either with two or three bedrooms, offering the ultimate combination of stylish and spacious accommodation. Same apartments are duplex type over two floors.
All apartments are built to the same high quality bathroom and kitchen fittings, wooden floors and floor tiles. Most apartments can be fitted with fireplaces for that essential log fire. As an added bonus, all first floor apartments with a front view are provided with a large green private terrace ideal for enjoying summer evenings and summer views.

Finishing and Options

The entire complex and each apartment are designed and built to high quality and safety standards. We use quality building materials and advanced technologies to ensure life-long enjoyment of the property. Our concept design offers enough flexibility to fit the taste of each client. Apartments can be bought on a furnished or unfurnished basis. Furnished packages will be available offering a selection of styles.
