For the convenience of the owners, the complex will be centrally managed, providing maintenance and property management services. The maintenance service is part of the owners' obligations and is calculated according the floorage of the apartment/studio, on annual basis. The property management service is optional and is designed to answer the investor’s interest in returning the investment. It is focused on rental/expense management. Our provisions are for 5-7% return of investment yearly.

Your property is available for letting on daily, weekly or monthly basis! You need someone who can manage the valuable source of income and ensure your asset is protected. We offer rental and management services, which include but are not limited to:
* Leasing the apartmet we can take on every aspect of owning an investment property, and all you have to do spend the revenue.
