Project Description:
The Project has the following main districts:

• Downtown
Downtown is located north from the main drive way and has 17 living sections, gathered in six blocks.

• Pirin 1
Pirin 1 district is located south from the main drive way and has six living sections, gathered in three blocks.

• Pirin3
Pirin3 district is located south from the main drive way. It has three living blocks. Internal space is designed with rest areas, lakes and alleys landscaped with grass.

• Lake
Lake district is located north from the main drive. It has two blocks with apartments situated in Downtown direction. It has also houses built in front of the artificial lake.
The development is of Ian Woosnam Design golf course in Bulgaria. Ian Woosnam Design that is working with IMG’s European Golf Design, signed a contract to build the new golf course in Bulgaria near the town of Razlog and Bansko. The spectacular site is in the area of Razlog’s valley. It is also located at the foot of the Pirin Mountain. The Project is going to be a World Class golf course facility, which will be built in conjunction with spa hotels and residential components.
The site has a perfect location, because it is situated at the foot of Pirin and its mountain slopes are covered with forests. It has a marvelous view that comes from the Rila and the Rhodopi Mountain. The Golf site is also situated at nearly equal distances: 3 km away from the ski resort town of Bansko and the town of Razlog. This unique location will show the huge recreational-tourist potential of the site.
The projected is expected to be put in exploitation in the beginning of 2008.
