The house is located in a small village in the mountain. It is around 30 km from Veliko Tarnnovo. The place is calm with lot of oak forests around.The first floor and part of second is stone masonry. The roof is wood construction and tales. The wood material used in the house is with good quality.
The land is around 1500 m2. There is a shade and one more little building in the property . Both are made of stone.The house is lokated in the middle of the village. The village is organized near the road
and the house is facing the forest with it's one side.The access to the house is good.
There is electricity and telephone.
The pipe with water is in construction now and it is very near the village-
soon it will reach it.
