The developer still doesn't offer guaranteed rentals, because major tour operators don't conclude rental contracts for off-plan developments.

The developer also doesn't hide the rental income in the price of the property and don't take extra money for that option. We offer only real rental income that depends on tour operators.

The rentals in hotels on the first line has always the best income and the best tourist quantity especially in and near Sunny Beach.

Payment terms:

Payment terms for section A and B:
50% - on signing contract;
50% - completion (Summer 2007)

Payment terms for section C and D:
30% - on signing contract;
45% - roof;
25% - on completion.
Deadline for obtaining a permit for usage - 31st of November 2007 for the First Phase of the Development

The prices of this residence complex varies:- Blocks A and B are excluding VAT and Blocks C and D are including VAT
