Village Tiurkmen is situated in the countryside,50 km far away from Plovdiv and approximate 200km from Black Sea and resorts Borovec,Pamporovo.It has population around 1200 people.There is a dam lake,and 2 small forests few kilometres far away.Two English families are living in it.There are couple of grocery stores,restaurant with swimming pool.
House which I am selling is situated in the centre of the village.Most of houses around have people living in them.House was build in the mid 60s, consists of 3 floors and offers accommodation of 100sq.m of living area distributed in the following way:
