The Holiday Village is being built on a not-built terrain on the area of 6,000 sq. m. and three detached habitations/apartment buildings are located along the periphery. The quarter is very quiet end tranquil. Beach strip is in the close, main roads are easy accessible. The place is close to old town of Nessebar, superb world architectural and cultural monument.
The complex includes self-contained private apartments, luxury and completely furnished. There are one-room studios, two-room and three-room apartments. It is provided for 50 underground parking lots, additional grassed parking lots out of the settlement, 2 swimming pools, children’s pool (including a water sliding equipment), children’s playground, outdoor water cafе & bar, areas for chaise longue and relaxation. There are grocery store, porter’s building, loading platform for people of restricted activities.
Yearly maintenance of the village includes:
Complete management of the complex – outdoors water equipment, grass areas, alleys, trees, children’s playground, and parking lots. 24-hours security and organized clearance regime required.
For the underground parking lot:
Automated entrance door of the underground parking lot.
Fire-alarm installations and ventilation systems for taking harmful gases off from the underground parking lot.
