General location
Seyre is only 25 minutes from Toulouse center by car, and 6 minutes away from the highway that links Toulouse and Carcasonne. Toulouse airport is only 35minutes drive away. Spain can be easily reached by the same auto route. Skiing is available reasonably close by in the Andorran Pyrenees 40 minutes away. Closer by, there are many lakes for recreational purposes and miles of canal sidewalks and cycle paths (Canal du Midi).

Located south of VilleFranche de Lauragais, and only just inside the Garronne-Aude border. Summer weather is very warm and it very rarely snows in winter (once in 10 years, the locals say).

Mains (town) water and electricity, and the house is serviced by the refuse collection service, mail and other local delivery services normal to French style living. The house is also serviced by a large septic tank. A telephone connection is made to the house, with four outlets throughout.

A second entrance and drive-way provides vehicle access to the garage and tennis court area located some 100m away from the house, although this can be reached from the living room/terrace doors on foot.
