6 large rooms (3 bedrooms, 1 equipped-kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 living-room) made up the first floor of the house. The cellar is very big and 3 rooms can be used as bedrooms, summer living-room, play-room... The garage is for two cars and there is second garage outside for one car. The terrace is 22m2, the view being on fields. In the garden, there is a nice little pond and a table and chairs.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and helpful.
Mairy-sur-Marne is a little village (here the website www.mairysurmarne.com) close to Châlons-sur-Marne (famous for its fares on French gastronomy ), Paris (1h30 by car or by train) and of course Diseyland (1H00)!! The house is at 15 minutes by car (taxi) from the train station in Châlons-sur Marne.
It is situated in one of the poshest region of France: La Champagne well-known, obviously, for its Champagne.
