We are ideally situated for the ports of both Dieppe (35min drive) and Calais (2hr drive) for returning to the UK.
We have all local amenities including: Train station, Bakers , hairdressers, post office, bar(newsagents) all within a 5 min walk.
Slightly further is the local supermarket and large DIY store 15 mins walk.
Forges-les-eaux is a thriving yet
quaint town with everything including Casino with family nightclub(cabarets) fantastic restaurants , swimming pool and beautiful lakes all only a 5 min drive. Neufchatel is just as great at a 15 min drive away.

House: The house itself is off the main road on a quiet lane with a forest and farms just down the hill.
You have beautiful views from the windows of the countryside with the convenience of the local amenities.
The house is a Detached Maison de Maitre and one of the oldest properties in our lane. We have an established garden with well and a small orchard at the back past the double garage holding 4 plum, 2 apple, 1 pear and a cherry tree.
Ground floor: As you enter the front door you have the Hall d’entrée (7,90m²)
on your left you have the lounge with fire place (15m²), through to your left a shower room/wc
and then to your right the fitted kitchen (9,60m² )which has a door and then steps to the backdoor which opens onto the garden.
