Desription of the pension:
14 rooms on 2 floors, for 34 guests alltogether. Each room has own bathroom, mini bar, cable TV. The rooms have heat- and sound-proof windows, to serve the comfort and recreation of the guests.
There is also a reception desk, a wellness room with jacuzzi, infra sauna and fitness machines, and a laundrette.

The second class restaurant and café with unique outlook has 200 square meters basic area, together with the service premises. The kitchen serves the guests with 4-nation variety: Mediterranian, Italien, French and Hungarian food, running according to the presciptions of HACCP. Wrought iron furinture and barriers give a special tone to the whole biulding.
Besides the restaurant is the program or conference room- for 300 people - located, where all the year programs, weddings and other social evenings are held.
Due to the good reputation of the pension, all the weekends are reserved for a year forward. This also confirms that a well-tried, developing, unique investment is offered.
Above the restaurant a private accomodation has been creazed, which could be transformed even into a casino.
Another possibilty is also given, the 250 m2 big premises - now running as a place for workshop.
