On top of the hills of Pisticci in Basilicata, south Italy, Casa Hermes is situated close to the sea and only 4 km away from the Pisticci village where you find grocery stores, pharmacies, bank etc. The villa has a lot of potential and is made up of ca 140 m2 and a garden of 4300 m2 full of olive- and fruit trees and a beautiful view over the hills and the sea. On the yard there are two storages of about 30 m2 and an old traditional oven where wonderful pizzas can be baked.
The villa will in a couple of monthes be completely renovated with a genuine and antique touch.
Seen on the pictures it is made up of two different parts. The small house on the right is the original building and is completely made of old stones. It is composed of one room with a fire place and water connection.
The rest of the villa. The newer part, is compose of one big kitchen/living room. The kitchen is completely new but built in old stones. One part of the kitchen/livingroom, a small corner, has a newly renovated fire place and a bench made in stones. Here there is also enogh space for a TV and a sofa. Here on the ground floor there is also a big bed room with a window. On the other side of the kitchen the bathroom is situated, also composed in stones, with a shower, WC, washbasin and connection for wash machine.
From the kitchen the stairs leads up to the first floor. This floor is composed of a living room and a bed room with an extraordinary view over the sea and hills. On top of this room there is a terrace with stairs leading from the bed room. This part of the villa is not yet renovated but there will also be small bathroom in the bed room.

On the plot there is possible to build another 110 m2. The old villa could be extended or a completely new villa could be build on the plot that can be divided.
