We sell our house in Puglia (South of Italy)
It is a so called "trullo", an old farmhouse made of natural stone.
It has 8 cones and is beautifully set in the magical hills of the valle d'Itria of Puglia. It is a storical place with lots of antique villages. There is art from the prehistorical era (Altamura) until the baroque style (Martina Franca)
Its thick stone walls (2 -3 meters) offer protection against the heat in summer and cold in winter.
The style of the house is antique and original, The land around the house is always mantained in a biological manner so it contains an endless quantity of wild plants (orchids), trees and birds. Even in winter there are many flowers, In spring there is an explosion of every kind of natural beauty, like an impressionist painting.
It has: a kitchen, bathroom, living- room, fire place, two bedrooms and there is
another structure with two cones that can eventually be united with the main structure.
Antique bread and pizza oven.
It has 130000 sq meters of land with olive-, almond,- chestnut,- cherry, -
and lots of other fruit trees. There is a magnificent view, nature, space, silence.
It is one of the last trullos available in original state.
The sea is at a 15 minutes ride distance.
