Three floor Villa located in a quiet village in the outskirts of the turistic area.

Behind the house other three minor patios are found, one of which with a built-in barbaque. The main area is however composed by the natural Sardinian rock which alternates the scenario from the bushy macchia mediterranea made of the local Mirto plants and secular olive trees which adorn the entire garden. The garden is enclosed by a natural local stone wall characteristic of the Sardinian housing style.
On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms, one double giving onto the balcony and two single, and a shared bathroom. The second floor is made of the lounge with built-in wide fireplace (for the winter or for making sausages), the kitchen, dining room and a utility room beneith the staircase. The house is also set up for central heating.
